Mahjong Vanilla Syndrome is a puzzle video game for the TurboGrafx CD. Players control a young man who discovers a mysterious house and accidentally enters another dimension. There, he meets Vanilla, a guardian who challenges him to a series of mahjong matches. To return home, the player must defeat Vanilla and other guardians in this strategic game.
