The Walking Dead is an adventure television series, and the second episode of the first season is titled “Starved for Help.” It is sold as an expansion, and to play it, you must have already completed the first episode, “A New Day.” This is handled as an in-app purchase for both the iOS and Android versions of the game. It can be purchased as downloadable content (DLC) for Xbox 360 and PS3. The standalone version is not made available for the PC platforms.
It begins three months after the previous episode’s events and follows the same format as the first episode, which consists of eight chapters. This episode also considers the decisions that were born in the previous episode. This includes words and choices that Lee has made in the past that characters still remember, as well as crucial decisions such as whether or not to bring along Doug or Carley, which determines whether or not they appear in this second episode.
After the drug shop was overwhelmed, the survivors escaped to a motel called the Motor Inn. This is where the story begins. After Glenn departs for Atlanta, the remaining survivors decide to take shelter in the motel because it is well-lit and straightforward to protect against attackers. Because he was carrying food, the new character, who goes by the name Mark, joined the group. When Lee and Mark return to the motel after going on a hunt, the primary plot point of the episode is revealed to the audience. Lilly has evolved into the role of the group leader and is responsible for managing the group’s food rations. As the supplies run low, she becomes frustrated and assigns Lee the responsibility of determining who will receive a portion of what is still available. The fact that there are bandits in the area who are robbing camps is brought to the attention of the survivors by a group of youngsters and their teachers. Most of the episode occurs on a dairy farm in the area when a mother and her two sons propose exchanging food for gasoline. The gang is thinking about pitching in to help out on the farm to remain in a more secure place. A massive electric fence surrounds the land. The conflict between Lilly and Kenny due to their divergent passions is back, as is the tension between Larry and Lee, who Larry still does not trust, and the responsibility of watching over Clementine, the young girl, to ensure that she is protected. This episode also provides some insight into how the infection is transmitted.
